Meridian Construction & Refurbishments Ltd have been awarded the exclusive opportunity to deliver this project as part of a new joint partnership with the developer. Our passion for delivering design-led schemes with engineering challenges has facilitated our growth and reputation as a company that can deliver complex schemes. This project is one that is close to home for Meridian and will certainly become our signature project for our portfolio of 2025 developments.
Hilux Apartments, Glasgow

HiLux Glasgow is more than a residential development — it’s a vibrant community offering modern, fully furnished apartments right in the heart of the city. This centrally located complex consists of seven striking buildings with a total of 78 contemporary one- and two-bedroom apartments, complemented by 62 secure car parking spaces and a large outdoor play area for children.
Perfectly positioned opposite Scotland’s largest indoor market and shopping mall, the development also benefits from excellent transport links, as well as close proximity to schools, clinics, restaurants, galleries and a wealth of cultural attractions.
The development brings together modern construction techniques, combining timber frame and steel frame with SFS to deliver a robust and high-quality build. Eco-friendly systems and private balconies are integrated throughout, enhancing both sustainability and resident lifestyle. Oakbank Care Home, Oldham

A new-build development of 64 bedroom luxury care home for an experienced and established operator in the North West. Meridian has been awarded this project based on 3 reasons.

- The level of understanding of client requirements and the end-user expectations in relation to the level of post-occupation service delivery.
- The ability to confidently novate the client’s professional team into an integrated project delivery method with in-depth technical knowledge.
The project is situated on a 1.5 acre site and involves a high-spec superstructure consisting of rendering, curtain walling, steel structures, new eco-friendly services, modern fenestrations and hollowcore floors. Meridian is utilising its construction management experience and technical capability to successfully delivery another key project.
Stakeholder management & client expectations are key to ensuring that the project objectives are achieved. Meridian Construction have appointed its senior management team to head this project from inception to completion.
Neeli Mosque & Islamic Centre, Rochdale

In 2012, Neeli Mosque & Islamic Centre began the Education & Well-Being Centre project by acquiring the land which resident to the 3rd home on the block where the current masjid is situated.
The New Building aims to continue serving the growing needs of our community by providing a space for Education, our SEN Community and various multi-faith and multi-community events.
Through various challenges we faced to begin the project, alhamdullillah work began on Phase 1 of the project in 2018. Foundations, the Building Structural Steelwork and concrete flooring and stairs were completed during this Phase.
Phase 2 was completed in June 2024 which including the External Walls, Roof, Windows & Doors so the building was wind and water tight.
We are currently in the process of beginning Phase 3 of the Project, Internal fit out and finish including any remedial works external to the building so the project is complete.
